Pray explain. Do you seriously mean to contend that the Chief Justice has not the right to know how the work of the Registry is carried on; and that if complaints were made by Solicitors, say for example, that they could not get their taxations through quickly enough, the Chief Justice could not enquire into the matter and put things straight.
